摘要

The application of electron coincidence spectroscopy to obtaining detailed information on the dynamic structure of atoms and molecules is discussed. The method gives electron separation energies and electron momentum distributions for each valence orbital (in the independent particle approximation). The sensitivity of the technique as a probe of electron wave functions (e.g. correlation effects) is discussed. (Atomindex citation 15:000111)
