摘要

Lower bound on the mean free path of the projectile fragments from the relativistic heavy ion collisions are derived using generalized Rarita-Schwed's theorems. These bounds are compared with the experimental data on the anomalous mean free path observed in recent experiments. The near saturation of these bounds provide a specific interpretation of the anomalous effects as an experimental evidence for the excitation of those extreme nuclear states which saturate the limits of the conventional nuclear physics.
