The results of the study indicate that the following energy conservation opportunities are of high priority: boiler efficiency improvements such as vent damper installation, derating, and flue baffling; regular maintenance of boilers; weatherstripping of doors and fenestration; and thermostatic controls for steam radiators. 10 figs., 16 tabs.
