This document provides information on national solar heating and cooling R and D projects for both active and passive and hybrid systems and components. The compilation is based on the reports submitted during 1983 and 1984 by the representatives of countries participating in Task II of International Energy Agency (IEA) Solar Heating and Cooling Programme. The countries which contributed reports are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the United States.
