This document is a summary of Design Basis Memoranda (DBM) for various process areas of the 6000-ton-per-stream-day (tpsd) SRC-I Demonstration Plant. The detailed design criteria and process descriptions are documented in the Process Design Criteria (PDC) and DBMs of individual plant areas. This volume covers: zero discharge mode, summary, central control system, waste treatment, naphtha hydrotreater, water bath solidification and the phenol recovery system. (ERA citation 10:000012)
