摘要

The cross sections of p( sup 3 He, t) and sup 12 C( sup 3 He, t) reactions with delta -isobar production in target nuclei have been first measured at high projectile energies. The statistical uncertainty of the data does not exceed 5%, the normalization one is less than 10%. These data lead to the conclusion of a significant role of collective type mechanisms, which cannot be reduced to delta -production on a single target-constituent nucleon when complex nuclei are used as a target.
