Implications of Depth Dose Equivalent Concept in Personnel Dosimetry

Current regulations in the United States require measurement of dose equivalent for protection at tissue depths of 1.0 g/cm exp 2 and 7 mg/cm exp 2 as prescribed in ANSI N13.11-1982 standard.
