Equivalence Transformations Generated by Pure First Class Constraints

Dirac's conjecture is proved for a general class of systems having only first class constraints. In other words, it is shown for that kind of problems that all the primary or secondary first class constraints generate equivalence transformations between physical states. 17 refs.
