This document is the FY 1985 update of the Department of Energy (DOE) Ten-Year Energy Management Plan covering the period of FY 1986 to FY 1995: It combines the formerly separate Ten-Year Buildings Plan and Ten-Year General Operations Plan to provide a coherent, total approach to energy management for DOE owned and leased buildings and facilities, and vehicles and equipment.
