Technique for Measuring the Effective Source Reflection Coefficient of Two-Resistor Power Splitters

Three different methods for measuring the effective source reflection coefficient of two-resistor power splitters have been described. Arguments have been made, and data presented showing that one of these, the Active Open-Circuit method, produces measured values with smaller uncertainty than the other two. (ERA citation 10:023001)
