This report contains the products of 3 working groups formed to meet the needs regarding standardization for users of green chip fuels, dry fuels, dry fuel pellets and other fiber fuels. Separate sections are presented which contain: a glossary of standard fiber fuel terms to reduce confusion; standardized fiber fuel characteristics and descriptions to facilitate predictable fuel quality and performance; and standard fiber fuel specifications correlating various types of combustion equipment to various suitable types of available fuels.
