Dry Deposition Monitoring and Research under National Acidic Precipitation Assessment Program. Final Report

Progress in a dry deposition measurement and research program is described. The work was sponsored by the US Department of Energy as part of a multi-agency program involving the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the US Geoogical Survey, and the Environmental Protection Agency, under the auspices of the Task group on Deposition Monitoring of the National Acid Precipitation Assessment Program. Activities consisted principally of instrument evaluation and calibration, data processing from previously conducted field measurement programs and several series (54 days in total) of SO sub 2 gradient measurements performed between 20 February and 13 November 1984.
