摘要

The ventilation characteristics of five new unoccupied manufactured homes were determined over several consecutive weeks in the spring of 1986. These homes were constructed as part of a demonstration program sponsored by the Bonneville Power Administration to examine the energy usage, indoor air quality, and ventilation characteristics of manufactured homes built to the specifications set forth in the Model Conservation Standards (MCS) established by the Northwest Power Planning Council (The Council) for site-built homes in Vancouver, Washington and in Richland, Washington. Home volumes ranged from 186 m sup 3 to 364 m sup 3 . Blower door measurements indicated that leakage increased 47% in the single-section home and 21% in the double-section home after transport to the site. The tracer gas data indicated that the AAHXs were not delivering the anticipated fresh air exchange rate in the homes. (ERA citation 12:039108)
