Software Description of the Production of Lower-48 Onshore Oil and Gas Model

The report documents the software of the Production of Lower-48 Onshore Oil and Gas Model (PROLOG), developed by the Energy Information Administration of the Department of Energy. The FORTRAN computer code is described, along with the input data and the output reports from the model. In addition a short user's guide is provided. This report does not provide a detailed description of the methodology behind the model, which can be found in referenced documents. (ERA citation 12:010863)
