The antineutrino production and cadcade radiative decay of the charmed strange pseudovector meson are observed. The pseudovector and vector F meson masses are measured to be (2547+-60) MeV and (2123+-15) MeV, respectively. 5 refs.; 2 figs.; 1 tab. (Atomindex citation 18:097203)
