Monte Carlo Simulation of Triangulated Random Surfaces in Grand Canonical Ensemble

The model of triangulated random surfaces, corresponding to discretization of Polyakov string model is considered. An algorithm is proposed, which makes it possible to study the model in grand canonical ensemble by the Monte Carlo method.
