This paper presents, in tabular form, the electronic factors omega /sub K, pi /(Z,k) of the electric monopole transition probability associated with the internal conversion of an electron from the atomic K shell (IC;K) and with the internal pair formation(IPF; pi ). The omega /sub pi / values are calculated by taking the nuclear Coulomb effects into account. The corrections to omega /sub K/ due to finite nuclear size and bound-state atomic screening are not included in the present calculations. The calculated ratio of the K-shell-electron conversion probability to the electron-positron pair formation probability is found to be in good agreement with the available experimental data for Z-<40.
