Energy levels of the single excited 1S/sup 2/2S/sup 2/ns(/sup 2/S), 1s/sup 2/2s/sup 2/np(/sup 2/P), 1s/sup 2/2s/sup 2/nd(/sup 2/D) and 1s/sup 2/2s/sup 2/nf(/sup 2/F), n=3-8 states for the boron isoelectronic sequence are calculated using the simple configuration Hartree-Fock method. Good agreement is obtained between our results and previous experimental and theoretical data. 9 refs, 3 figs, 15 tabs. (Atomindex citation 18:015447)
