Some Thoughts on Coal Structure: Implications of Coal Liquids Characterization.

Most of the work we have done at Consolidation Coal Company has not been directed at discerning coal structure. most of our work is in characterization of coal liquids; we have worked closely with Wilsonville, Lummus, H-Coal, the current HRI process, and some of the coprocessing development programs that are ongoing. Characterization of some coal liquids and correlations to coal structure is discussed. 11 figs.
