It is remarked that the scalar quark mass limit obtained by the UA1 experiment vanishes in the case of a single light scalar quark, most likely a scalar partner of the top. It may even be that this stop is lighter than the top itself, in which case the UA1 limit on the top mass is also affected. (ERA citation 13:013060)
