Strong Coupling Expansions for Repulsive Cut-off Potentials

The WBK approximation is known to become for a large class of potentials exact in the strong coupling limit. In the present paper this theorem is generalized by developing exact expansions of the scattering quantities (wave function, Jost function, phase shift) in terms of the inverse powers of the coupling constant. The absolutely convergent series are obtained by iterating integral equations of scattering, the Green function of which is constructed of two independent solutions of a WKB differential equation.
