This grant, FG01-86CE15279, has been carried out in conjunction with grant FG01-86CE15278 titled 'Design and demonstrate a low head - high volume pump compatible with the AV-YO, Inc., proprietary variable stroke control windmill system.' The final result of both grants involves one wind powered water pumping system. The purpose of the subject grant has been to construct and test a production prototype of the wind powered pumping system. The report discusses the progress to date and discusses the financial considerations and difficulties in funding this project. (ERA citation 12:049506)
