User's Manual for the NEFTRAN (Network Flow and Transport) Computer Code,

The NEFTRAN computer code is the fourth in a family of codes developed by Sandia National Laboratories for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission that simulate ground-water flow and radionuclide transport at a high-level radioactive waste repository site in a computationally efficient manner. Predecessors to NEFTRAN are NWFT (NUREG/CR-1190 and SAND79-19203), NWFT/DVM (NUREG/CR-2081 and SAND81-0886), and GENNET. These codes have evolved such that each new version contained all the capabilities of its immediate predecessor in addition to some new ones. It is recommended that readers of this user's manual be familiar with NWFT/DVM.
