This report covers the modification of two electric vehicles that are the property of the Navy located at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Sandia National Laboratories, Albuquerque, New Mexico, (SNLA) is funded for electric vehicle activity through The Aerospace Corporation, purchase order number W0403.
