摘要

In a previous paper we presented a thermodynamic model that describes the oxygen content and the atomic ordering as a function of temperature and oxygen pressure. In this paper the application of the model to neutron diffraction data by Jorgensen et al. will be given and the model is applied to the problem of the oxygen diffusion. 9 refs., 4 figs.
