District Heating Technology Characterization Case Study: Milwaukee, Wisconsin: Final Report.

This report describes the work performed under Part II of the project entitled ''District Heating and Cooling Market Potential and Penetration Study,'' whose purpose is to examine the potential of conventional and innovative district heating and cooling (DHC) space conditioning systems in different regions of the country. Part II, ''Implementation and Application of the Conceptual Approach,'' employs the DHC characterization methodology previously developed in Part I of the project to compare the economic feasibility of selected DHC system types in a specific community. The city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was chosen as the candidate host community to study several district heating technologies.
