This manual contains safety standards to be applied to design, install, and operate heating plants, which are fired by liquid fuels and have a capacity greater than 30,000 Kcal/h and up to 4,000,000 Kcal/h. These heating plants also have a flash point not lower than 55 C and distillate not greater than 2% of the total by volume at 150 C.
