Classical solutions of a nonrelativistic model exhibiting spontaneous symmetry breakdown.

The inverse scattering method is used in order to get solutions of a nonrelativistic and nonlinear model exhibiting spontaneous breakdown of symmetry. Explicit expressions for multiple soliton solutions were developed. The one soliton solution exhibits some interesting properties. In particular, they interpolate between two different vacua of the theory differing by a phase which is related to the soliton velocity. (Atomindex citation 20:050033)
