Hybrid method in power system state estimation.

摘要

In standard weighted least squares state estimation, linear least squares problems arise as subproblems, often solved by the normal equations. The hybrid method combines the normal equations approach with that of orthogonal transforms to give better numerical stability. The report reviews the analytical formulation of the hybrid method and gives an outline of an actual implementa- tion in state estimator program at the State Power Board (Statkraft) in Oslo. 18 refs., 1 fig., 1 tab.
