Monolithic GaAs Ku-Band One Watt Constant Phase Variable Power Amplifier

摘要

A GaAs monolithic Ku-band 1.0 Watt constant phase variable power amplifer has been demonstated. Compressed gain is greater than 14 dB and 1.0 Watt output powerr over a 13.5 to 15.5 GHz band. More than 30 dB of gain control with < +- 10/degree/ of phase variation has been demonstrated. (ERA citation 13:030904)
