This trip was comprised of two parts: Working technical meetings with other Computer Analysts from within the HEPVM collaboration in Paris, France. The technical discussions hosted by Roman Tirler from DPH-PE Saclay, France. Participation at the HEPVM general meeting in Lyon, France. This phase of the meeting was hosted by John O'Neall from centre de Calcul de l'IN2P3, Villeurbanne Lyon, France. This meeting is a review of what occurred at the technical meetings in Saclay.
