Program experience and its regulatory implications: A case study of utility lighting efficiency programs.

摘要

This report takes an approach to utility demand-side program experience that differs from previous work in both focus and methodology. The assessment of program experience is limited to one specific end-use of electricity, i.e. lighting. Program approaches of a limited number of exemplary or illustrative programs are described and analyzed in depth. And the lessons learned about how to conduct effective programs are reviewed in terms of the implications for the evolving practice of least-cost utility planning (LCUP). 3 refs., 1 fig., 5 tabs.
