The proposed wastestream designation for the Plutonium-Uranium Extraction (PUREX) Plant Steam Condensate (SCD) wastestream is that this stream is not a dangerous waste, pursuant to the Washington (State) Administration Code (WAC) 173--303, Dangerous Waste Regulations.
