Department of Energy Strategic Defense Initiative programs: Potential programmatic and facility impacts due to a prospective defense and space treaty.

摘要

The objective of the following paper is to provide the DOE an analysis of the potential, but reasonably expected, impacts on DOE SDI-related programs resulting from alternative Defense & Space Treaty/Protocol outcomes. DOE facility impacts due to the implementation of Predictability and Confidence-Building Measures currently under negotiation will also be examined.
