摘要

Nuclear magnetic resonance measurements of the proton spin-lattice and rotating-frame relaxation times were made on Ti{sub 2}PdH{sub x} over the temperature range 100K to 580K. Analyses of the NMR data for Ti{sub 2}PdH{sub x} gave hydrogen diffusion parameters that corresponded with the results previously obtained from Ti{sub 2}CuH{sub x} and Zr{sub 2}PdH{sub x} when the hydrogen atoms occupied a single type of tetrahedral interstital site. However, the diffusion activation energy decreases in the sequence Ti{sub 2}PdH{sub 1.9}, Ti{sub 2}CuH{sub 1.9}, and Zr{sub 2}PdH{sub 1.9}. 10 refs., 3 figs., 2 tabs.
