摘要

The goal of this study was to determine if gibberellic acid (GA)-modified, semi-dwarfed transgenic poplars had desirable attributes with respect to carbon sequestration. We conducted laboratory and field studies of a number of transgenic genotypes with different GA-modifying transgenes. Ten modified genotypes and controls were intensively studied within in vitro, greenhouse, raised bed, and open field environments.
