The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) facilitates the Federal Governments implementation of sound, cost-effective energy management and investment practices to enhance the nation's energy security and environmental stewardship. Energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation projects require significant funding. FEMP supports Federal agencies in identifying, obtaining, and implementing alternative financing to fund energy projects.
