Initial Submission: Letter Submitting One Enclosed Feeding and Reproduction Study in Rats on Inf-5384 with Attachment.

Groups of 16 male and 16 female CD rats were fed for 90 days with diets containing 0, 100, 1,500, or 7,500 ppm of the test material. At the end of the treatment period, 6/rats/sex/diet were mated and allowed to deliver litters. Absolute and relative liver weight increases and/or liver morphology (non-degenerative response) changes occured in male and female rats at 7,500 ppm. Reproduction and lactation incidences in treatment groups were only minimally affected by treatment. Pups from parents fed the 7,500 ppm diet exhibited greater mortality rate and lower body weights. The no-observable- effect level was 1,500 ppm.
