Propiconazole (CAS# 60207-90-1) was evaluated for reproduction toxicity. The test material was fed to rats (strain and numbers/group were not reported) in the diet at 0, 400, 2000, or 5000 ppm to study the effects on reproductive performance of two generations, one litter each. A slight hepatocellular hypertrophy was observed at 5000 ppm. No effects on reproduction were observed. A slight but significantly reduced implantation rate at 5000 ppm was reported.
