Matrices with non-negative nondiagonal entries and non-negative inverse

Let A be an real matrix with non negative nondiagonal entries. The purpose of this paper is to find properties of A which are a necessary and sufficient condition for detA(ne) and A(sup -1)(>=)0. The results obtained for both irreducible and reducible matrices are presented. Furthermore, the special case of a non negative matrix with non negative inverse is considered.
