The paper presents the design of nonpolarizing beam-splitters inside a glass cube, which bases on quarter-wave layers (QWOT) atλ0 -632.8 nm and 45° incidence angle. This example snows the design for achieving a 50% reflectance and 50% transmittance at λ0 for both polarization states
