The present invent ion relates to a temperature control valve having no movingparts. The temperature control valve has a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. A fluidic amplifier communicates with the fluid inlet and is characterized by a first outlet port for distributing a flow of fluid to an external device such as a heat exchanger, a second outlet port in communication with the fluid outlet, and two control ports. A feedback loop is used to control the fluidic amplifier. The feedback loop has a first channel with a temperature sensitive element connected to one of the control ports and a second channel with a bias resistor for setting a desired output temperature for fluid flowing through the fluid outlet. The first and second channels create a pressure difference between the control ports of the fluidic amplifier corresponding to the desired outlet temperature.
