Volume 2 gives details of the various reports and investigations from the twoworkshops (CIAO 1 and CIAO 2). In Appendix A, we summarize results from the first workshop (CIAO 1). Appendix B is a bibliography of technical papers on the subject of millimeter wave obscurants, one of the major topics of the workshops. Appendix C give the results of a modeling exercise to determine single particle electromagnetic scattering and absorption properties and Appendix D summarized field measurements capabilities.
