This Instruction establishes policy, provides procedures, and assigns responsibilities for using the Internet, Internet, sod World Wide Web (WWW) by Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) organizations, personnel, and contractors. It provides additional guidance on the use of the Internet, Intranet, WWW, electronic mail (e-mail), and DISA Network (DISANet) systems.
