Photometry Observations of Space Objects on Russian Northern Caucases Station

摘要

This report results from a contract tasking Scientific Research Institute ofPrecision Device Engineering (SRIPDE) as follows: The contractor will investigate photometry observations of space objects on Russian Northern Caucases Station Kosmoten. The contractor will conduct photometric observations from kosmoten of ten satellites in geosynchrynous orbit, and data resulting from photometric observations to detect non-orbital motion of satellites and provide results of analysis to include description of measurement methods and evaluation of accuracy, including effects on measurement quali atmospheric instability.
