Three years after announcing the first Openness Initiative, the Department ofEnergy is announcing new measures to ensure that openness is the way to do business in the future. In addition, the Department is releasing today more newly declassified material, and issuing several reports on nuclear accountability, health, and safety. This material is described in detail in the accompanying Fact Sheets.
