This report provides an overview of the Agile Web Pilot Program. The programformally began in January 1994 as an experiment in business collaboration among a group of manufacturing and design-related firms in eastern Pennsylvania. Funded jointly by the Federal Technology Reinvestment Project and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the actual implementation of the program was initiated and led by the Northeast Tier Ben Franklin Technology Center (BFTC) in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
