摘要

Reflective photorefractive quantum well structures in the longitudinal fieldgeometry were demonstrated. A fully asymmetric Fabry Perot device yielded an input diffraction efficiency of .001. A novel photorefractive quarter wave mirror was modeled. Performance similar to the asymmetric Fabry Perot is predicted. Simulations of diffraction in multiple quantum well cavities shows mode coupling behavior.
