Decision Support Tools for the Assessment of Commodity Bid Offers Made to theDefense National Stockpile Center

This report documents a study of commodity bid offers made to the DefenseNational Stockpile Center (DNSC). The purpose of the study was to provide DNSC with better information about potential changes in market commodity prices. This report provides the project findings of the new PC based price forecasting model, market basket decision support package, and optimal price methodology.
