Constructing a DIS Compliant Interface for a MATLAB Simulation

摘要

A method of incorporating a MATLAB simulation model within a Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) environment is discussed. The work is specifically oriented towards the Microsoft Windows operating system, and describes a number of steps are which are required to allow real time control and data transmission between a MATLAB simulation and other simulations using the DIS data protocol. Source code listings of the various software components are included, and are also available in electronic form from the DSTO library.
